TREND: TRANS FATTY ACIDS  free margarines:

BakeMark International recognizes the request of margarines with a low or trans fatty free content.  

Transfatty acids are normally components of the usual nutrition which occur in milk, butter, cheese etc. The regular consumption of food with higher trans fatty acid values increases the cholestorol level.
